OSAGAU was founded in 2016 by professionals of the European fuel market. Today we are one of the key traders in Central and Eastern Europe. The company’s CEO and a team have over 25 years of experience in trading petroleum products. Our goal is to become a reliable trade and financial partner for most consumers in the Black Sea region and Eastern European countries. We strive to comply with the rules and standards for environmental safety in the trade of petroleum products.
TRADING
The main products we trade are diesel fuel, gasoline, aviation fuel (Jet A1 – RT), petrochemicals, as well as products used for drilling oil and gas wells.
FINANCE
We understand the financing requirements of trade. With our own funds and the support of European banks, we finance operations in Eastern Europe using traditional instruments. Our sales, operation and finance teams are seasoned professionals on the European market.
LOGISTICS
We specialize in operations related to the logistics of petroleum products between producers (refiners), traders and consumers. We are proud of our track record in transporting oil products by sea and river vessels, railway, and strategic pipelines. We are excited to provide an excellent service to our customers, maintain a competitive advantage on the market, and offer added value to our clients.
RISK MANAGEMENT
Our internal risk policy is supported by various controls and processes, such as daily income statements, statements of financial position and credit impact or balances of trade inventories. An internal, non-profit department independently controls these processes and controls its mechanisms.
We are able to offer to our clients hedging and risk management solutions that effectively compete with banking and brokerage proposals.
OSAGAU is a trading company owned and operated by experienced traders. Our employees and our partners are the most valuable asset of the company.

IURII AGEIEV
Founder and head of OSAGAU since inception (2016). Iurii contributes with his significant experience in oil products trading and corporate finance. Before becoming a co-founder of OSAGAU, he traded in petroleum products and held managerial positions in companies such as: TNK-BP and NAC Naftogaz.
He obtained a Master’s degree in audit in Kyiv National Economic University (Ukraine)
THE TEAM
Our growing team in Zug, Tallinn, Warsaw and Kyiv is made up of a variety of experienced trading professionals who actively trade in petroleum products, petrochemicals, and products for drilling oil and gas wells. Our traders collaborate with highly qualified experts in finance, risk management, logistics and operations.
The OSAGAU team offers our suppliers and customers the same logistics, financing and risk management services as the largest trading companies while maintaining a lean cost structure with low costs, which gives us a competitive edge.

The financial and commercial understanding of our counterparties allows us to provide better service. We control our risks and adhere to an anti-bribery, anti-corruption and anti-money laundering policy.
Following our KYC procedures, the OSAGAU team conducts a full background check for each new counterpart.
